I am a physiotherapist who graduated from UCL in 2021.
Working and caring with my hands has always been a given for me.
My therapeutic approach has developed over time, through my encounters and training. Very quickly, my passion for women's health led me
towards a specialization in pelvi-perineology, perinatality and uro-gynecology,

notably at the Paris Institute of Pelvi-Perineology (IPPP).

At the same time, I complemented my skills with complementary techniques such as Pilates, Yoga, and Belly Binding, an ancestral Asian method of postpartum pelvic tightening.

My career has also led me to unique experiences abroad. First in Réunion Island, then for three years in Hong Kong, where I had the opportunity to support an international patient base and develop a comprehensive, holistic, and multicultural approach. This experience earned me recognition as one of the top five physiotherapists in Hong Kong.

Today, back in Belgium, I passionately pursue this vocation by putting my skills at the service of women. Through Perifit Physio, I offer caring, professional, and personalized support, adapted to each stage of a woman's life—because every woman deserves to be heard, supported, and valued in her health journey.
