Perifitphysio
a concept
Perifitphysio was born from a simple and essential observation: women are not sufficiently supported in the different stages of their lives, even though their bodies are going through major upheavals - periods, maternity, postpartum, menopause... Too often, their pain is trivialized, their discomfort ignored, and their rehabilitation neglected.
By creating Perifitphysio, I want to put women back at the center of their own health. My vision is one of comprehensive, respectful, and expert support, which takes into account each patient's body, emotions, and unique experience.
I teach in a safe and warm space, where each woman can come to reconnect with her body, strengthen herself, heal, and flourish.

Each treatment designed for you
Thanks to personalized physiotherapy support around 7 complementary services,
I guide you to regain confidence, strength and harmony with your body — your best ally at every stage of your life.
For a thriving pelvic health at every stage of your womanhood
You are not alone.
Whether you are young or old, athletic or not, mother or not, perineal problems affect all women at one point or another in their lives.
And yet, they often remain silent, even though they have a profound impact on the quality of daily life.

Urinary incontinence
Incontinence affects an average of 14% of women , a figure that increases drastically with age: up to 73% of elderly women are affected.

Constipation
Constipation affects more women than men, accounting for one in three women in Belgium. It is multifactorial (postpartum, post-surgical, pregnancy, aging, menopause, etc.) and linked to lifestyle. If left untreated, it can lead to long-term anorectal dysfunction such as rectocele (prolapsed organs).

Genital prolapse
Otherwise known as organ prolapse (uterus, bladder, rectum), it often occurs after pregnancies, difficult deliveries, or repeated physical exertion. In women over 45, approximately 40% of women have more or less severe prolapse.

Painful intercourse
1 in 10 women report experiencing pain during intercourse. Among women aged 18 to 29, the prevalence of pain during intercourse is twice as high.
